We will find out your whole situation and then present it optimally to the Bank in a compelling proposal which gets to the point and cuts out the noise. The service is free to you when dealing with main-banks – we are paid by the banks.
There may be a fee when we deal with non-bank lenders, which will be discussed beforehand.

How long does it take?
The sooner we start, the sooner it is all done. We keep you informed on progress. We will never imply that something is already in hands of the bank [when it is not] or anything like that. We will be transparent about response of the bank and the true situation.
