Our free first-home buyer service goes beyond discussing a property’s value and getting a pre-approval. We are by your side through the entire journey — available from the initial planning stage, through the unexpected curveball stage, right up to moving day and beyond.
We process around 250 applications every year, with a large portion for first-home buyers. This means our strategies are tested and proven. When you’re buying in the Wairarapa, having a local advisor who knows the valuers, builders, lawyers, and real estate agents is a significant advantage.
